WE ARE BACK FROM NEW ORLEANS!
The Mission Bay Preservationists have returned from their incredible trip to New Orleans, and what an unforgettable experience it was. Our students represented our school and city like true professionals every step of the way.
The Preservationists performed at the New Orleans Jazz Museum with GRAMMY Award-winning trombonist Craig Klein, performed at the National Jazz Historical Park with legendary vocalist John Boutté, and participated in a workshop at the iconic Preservation Hall with the Preservation Hall All-Stars. They also attended performances and sat in with jazz greats from throughout the city.
We could not have made this trip possible without the incredible support of our community. Thank you to everyone who attended our concerts and donated to help make this once-in-a-lifetime experience possible. You are helping change lives by giving our young musicians the opportunity to showcase their talents and grow through unforgettable musical experiences.
